Mental health based on brain activities and imbalance or balance of brain fluids.

Mental health related with wealth of brain cells.

Feelings and Thoughts based on our five senses

See good things

Hear good things

Taste good things

Smell good things

Touch good things

But it is not our hand. All are created by nature but we experienced from our surroundings and family circumstances. These are based on our family economic, cultural background and also our country economic status etc.

Mental health developed many ways also we will be managed by many ways.

From food, water, air 

From mental fitness exercises like as Yoga, Meditation etc.

From music, smell, feeling

From our behavior like as simplicity, neatness etc.

From our family goal or individual goal.

From our attitude

From self confidence

From faith.
