Importance of self-image

Self-Image is important because how we think about ourselves affects how we feel and interact.

A positive self-image can boost our physical, mental, social, emotional and spiritual well-being.

A negative self-image can decrease our satisfaction and ability to function.

Types of self-images

The Negative: Self-doubt/ a lack of self-confidence/a lack of self-esteem

The Over-rated: Recognize your highs and lows

The Normal image: As a "being achievement" and is fully aware of limits.

 

 Self-image:

Finding out who I am? 

The other perception of yourself.
