Do some exercise.

Do some jogging.

Avoid junk foods.

Doing yoga daily.

Intake vegetables & fruits.

Spend time with people who makes you happy.

Create clean environment.

Be a stress-free mind.

Eat fish. It good for our eyes.

Encourage yourself.

Limit sweets and saturated fats.

Get good sleep.

Keep to a healthy weight.

Be active every day.
