It is very important. You must
guard what is going into your brain.
Feed your brain with new
knowledge every day.
You are the only responsible person
that what you are feeding into your brain.
What we choose to focus on and
what we ignore.
Mind is not a dust bin to throw
everything into the brain.
What you feed your mid
determines your appetite.
Meditation.
Set aside a time 'what we
choose to focus on and what we choose to ignore'. Set aside a time every day
for deep work. Find a topic you are passionate about.
Social media is addictive it
continuously feeds our mind with information that is of no use.
Read a book.
Stop junk relationships. People
who are negative and do not support you.
Be with positive people.
