How to improve concentration?


The ability to focus on a task imperturbably.

Attention span vary from person to person.

Take five minutes breaks whenever you feel your mind is wandering.

Breaks the monotony and distress yourself whenever you feel stress.

Set realistic goals that are realistic.

Reward yourself with a shot break.

Keep yourself away from all distractions. (TV, mobile etc.,)

Make studying an active process, take notes and make review sheets.

Sleep well, eat well, and exercising daily. 

Your mind will be alert.
