How do you answer the question of why you wish to join the organisation you are being interviewed for, in an interview?
Your answer should state what you think are the most interesting aspects of the company.
Emphasize the positive reasons why you want to join their company, but a bid aspects of monetary gains and working hours.
Remember to answer questions positively and don't dwell on negative aspects.
