 Physical Health



            To improve height and weight: Need Good Water, Food and Air

Water: Enough water related with your body. Maintained water level.

Food: Enough balanced food related your climate and your work

Air: Breath properly. It is related with your physical posture. Follow straight posture with relax

Exercise: Allot time for exercise regularly. Don't compare others. Practice adopts your physical conditions.

Rest: whenever available free time takes rest.
